Recipe: Superfood smoothie bowl

1 cup mixed frozen berries

4 ice cubes

A splash of plant based milk

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tsp acai powder

Handful of spinach

Maple syrup to taste (optional)

Toppings:  Ombar chocolate (any!), sliced strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes, raspeberries, chia seeds.



  1. Place the frozen berries, ice cubes, plant milk, almond butter and spinach in a blender. Add acai powder. Blend until smooth, adding additional milk as needed.  Taste and add maple syrup to taste. Blend again.
  2. Pour into two bowls and top with toppings of choice and lots of Ombar, in chunks or grated!
